Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be home during the service?

Nope! As long as we can access your yard, we can complete the cleanup without you being there. You’ll receive a text alert when your technician is on the way so you always know when to expect us.

Can you clean with my dog in the yard?

Yes! We love working around dogs. If our staff has never met your dogs before and you are home, please let the technician know ahead of time that you will be letting the dogs out for an introduction. We don’t want to startle anyone!

We only ask that dogs with any history of aggression stay inside during your cleanup to protect our technicians. If your dog shows any aggression towards our technicians we ask that you secure them inside or be removed from our service.
